Just The Tip update

I figured this would be a good update to upload. It's fairly small, all things considered, but it's decent progress.

Did some beautification, like making a title screen - with an auto-playing board to make it less boring, basic display options - available on title screen and in battle stage, and equipment tooltips.

Display options are locked to 16:9 resolutions (I.E. 1920x1080) to keep UI elements in the proper ratios. There's also a fullscreen toggle so you can move the game from one window to another.

Also, you are given the option to return to the title screen when the battle is over.
