In The Gear With The Rear update

Squashed some bugs here and there, and have added the ability to change your initial gear before starting a new run - a critical component, in my opinion, for the type of game I'm aiming to make.

--Detailed update--

• Fixed some issues with converting actions on the game board
  • When converting specific actions, trying to convert more than there are on the board may cause some issues. 
• Added more starting gear
• Added ability to change starting gear
  • Equipment changes will persist until the game is closed
• Added ability to increase game speed
  • This does not currently affect all aspects, but should speed up the enemy turn.
• Added a marker to indicate selected action and neighboring actions.
